Refund Policy
We take care to check every saree and garment before sending it out. Since our pieces are handpicked and often made in small batches, we do not accept returns or refunds unless something has gone wrong with the product itself.
You can request a return/refund only if:
• The product arrives damaged, or
• The item received is completely different from what you ordered.
To help us help you:
• Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• An unboxing video (starting from the unopened parcel) is needed for verification.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
• Color differences due to lighting or screens
• Custom-stitched garments
• Altered garments
• Sarees with fall/pico
• Western wear size issues (please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering)
Refund Timeline (If Approved):
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
