    For western wear, please check the size chart before placing an order.
    We currently do not offer size exchange.

  4. Payments
    All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.
    We do not store your card or banking details.

  5. Content Ownership
    All photos, videos, and descriptions belong to Ibhaa. Please avoid reusing them without permission.

  6. Order Changes
    Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. For any questions before dispatch, you’re always welcome to reach out.

  7. Our Responsibility
    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, colour differences due to screens, or issues arising from incorrect address details.

  8. Personal Use
    Our products are meant for personal use and not for resale unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

  9. Unexpected Situations
    If unexpected events occur (like natural disasters, strikes, or transport issues), there may be delays. We will always try our best to keep you updated.

  10. Jurisdiction (Softened)                                                                                     If any legal matter ever comes up, it will be handled under the law and courts of Chennai, Tamil Nau.
